GOD -Only One GOD
We believe there is only one God (Deuteronomy 6:4). He is the creator of heaven and earth, and of all living beings. He has revealed Himself to humanity as the Father (Creator), as the Son Jesus Christ (Savior), and as the Holy Spirit (indwelling Spirit). We believe that there is one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in three manifestations: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
JESUS CHRIST -God Sent a Savior
Jesus Christ was fully united with a human nature by a miraculous conception and virgin birth. He lived in perfect obedience to the Father, voluntarily paid the price for the sins of all mankind by dying on the cross as our substitute, bringing salvation to all who trust in Him alone. After His physical death, Jesus Christ rose from the dead and ascended into heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father as the only intercessor between God and humans. He promises to return to earth, personally and visibly, to fulfill history and the eternal plan of God.
HEAVEN -Eternity
We will exist forever after this life. Those in union with God through salvation will remain with Him in Heaven. Those separated from God by sin will remain apart from Him in Hell. Heaven and Hell are real places that exist without end (Revelation 21:1–4).
SALVATION -The Only Way
The blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the only way of salvation through the forgiveness of sin. Salvation is only possible through the belief in the death and resurrection of Jesus. Salvation cannot be earned or obtained through the church, church membership, sacraments, or good works. It is freely given because Jesus has already paid for our redemption. Those who put their trust in Jesus and set Him in command of their lives are forgiven and made new (Isaiah 12:2; Acts 4:12; Acts 2:38).
BAPTISM -Be Fully Immersed
HOLY SPIRIT -You Will Receive Power
The Holy Spirit guides believers in understanding and applying the Bible. His power and control empower believers to lead a life of Christ-like character and bear fruit for the Father’s glory. He ministers to His people through the speaking of tongues (kingdom languages), interpretation of tongues, prophecy; words of knowledge and wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, working of miracles, healing, helps and government (Mark 16:15-18; Acts 5:16; 2 Corinthians 12:1-11).
BIBLE -The Written Audible Voice of God
The Bible was written under the guidance and inspiration of the Holy Spirit. It is for all people, in every situation. It contains no errors. God's words were relevant then, are still relevant today, and will be forever (2 Timothy 3:16-17; Hebrews 4:12).
MINISTRY GIFTS -Body of Christ
We believe in the five-fold ministry is found in Ephesians 4:11, and it refers to the five roles that God has called Christians to fill. These gifts are (1) Apostles, (2) Prophets, (3) Evangelists, (4) Pastors, and (5) Teachers. Each of these roles is important not just for the early church but for the body of Christ today to function properly.
The Body of Christ—is not a building. It is all of the kingdom citizens- one body many members. The Body is also the whole of all believers working together to fulfill God's purpose of reaching all people with the Gospel. We are to work together to help each other in love and unity (1 Corinthians 12:12-27).
MARRIAGE -Covenant Relationship
We believe God established marriage covenant between one born-man and one born-woman (Genesis 2:24). This is the ONLY blueprint for marriage is clearly stated in Scripture; therefore, we as a fellowship are committed to upholding God’s original design for the marriage covenant relationship.
MANKIND -Man and Woman
Man (not meaning gender) is made in the image of God and is the supreme creation. Man was created to have fellowship and relationship with God but became separated in that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, man cannot attain a right relationship with God through his own effort. Every human personality is uniquely created, possesses dignity, and is worthy of respect and Christian love.
